on cars, trucks, buses, taxis and trailers.
(B) Black on green sticker with "ENDURSKOĐUN" indicates that vehicle awaits reinspection.

(C) Business vehicles on which VAT (Value Added Tax) has not been paid. These vehicles may not be used for pleasure purposes. If tax becomes payable, the plates are changed to non-diamond plates with the same registration.
