Special Interest
The state issues special interest plates with the tribe's name and emblem which can be purchased by any vehicle owner, Indian or non-Indian, who registers a vehicle in the state.
Each organization is responsible for determining who qualifies for the decal and the fee to be charged. It is also responsible for the administration and issuance of the decals. Individuals are not required to have their organization's decal on their plates before placing them on their automobile. Often times, unofficial decals are used.Miscellaneous, Support
