Principality of Kastran
The Principality of Kastran is a micronation located in Lutsk City.
According to it's facebook page, "It has a "Prince and Constitution,
freedom of action and polite to environment surround us, to equal people, cats and dogs
to one society." Kastran is not pretending to be a separate or occupied territory of
Ukraine but hopes to bring more tourists to Lutsk.
